Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art is located in Kansas City, Missouri. This is a house of collection of modern and contemporary art and sculptures. There are different blocks which exhibit different collections. Visit the famous Missouri Botanical Garden
The Missouri Botanical Garden is the place you should visit when you want to relax on the weekend while also seeing amazing pieces of art. The Botanical Garden features a sculpture garden that includes art pieces starting from 1883 and you can see the representing busts of Carl Linnaeus, Asa Gray and more.

Nature Connects at the Powell Gardens
When you first arrive to Kansas City, make a trip to Powell Gardens, the city's botanical garden that includes not only beautiful flowers and exotic insects but also an amazing sculpture exhibition, Nature Connects. The sculpture garden features animals made of Lego pieces such as a 5 foot butterfly, a 7-foot rose, and other 25 pieces sculpted by artist Sean Kenny.

Children will love seeing the sculptures and engage in the activities planned especially for them.

 Visitors of Daum Museum of Contemporary Art in Sedalia, MO can take full advantage of the sculpture garden located within the museum's structure. The garden is in open air and features works by Gene Davis, Henry Moore, Motherwell and more.

Visitors can observe pieces sculpted in the 70's or 80's as well as newer ones from the present era. The museum, including the garden, is open every day except Monday and can be visited starting with 11 AM until 5 PM. 

The Ralph Lanning sculpture garden is a delightful view
If you visit Missouri state during your vacation, stop by the Ralph Lanning sculpture garden and admire the beautiful concrete art pieces exposed there. The garden is situated on Highway 70 in Republic, MO and is daily visited by tourists who drive along the highway.

The sculpture garden was founded by Ralph Lanning who passed away 4 years ago and it was originally meant to be a museum. The garden is open all day long.

A park or a landmark?
This urban park is almost 110 years old and features a few sculptures that became landmarks. One of them is The Scout by Cyrus E. Dallin and the other is a copy of The Hiker statue by Theo Alice Ruggles Kitson. The original statue is over 100 years old.

The park overlooks downtown Kansas City, covers an area of 176 acres and it lays on the land formerly used by the Santa Fe Trail.
