Dickerson Park Zoo in Missouri has a large collection of both animals and insects. The best time of the year to host a party with creepy crawlers as special guests is Halloween.

Around Halloween the zoo hosts the Spooktacular party, every evening bringing your kids here for the show will make for a great party. There is an admission fee of $7 for everyone and $3 for the members. There will be many bugs, spiders and other critters available just for this event and the kids will love them all.

For the kids interested in all sorts of insects, the St. Louis Zoo Insectarium is the perfect destination. There are more than 100 species of live insects available for inspection. 

The Dynamic Discovery package is the perfect party option for the bug lovers. For at least $400 for a group of 25 people, your kids will benefit from at least 20 minutes of insect interaction and workshop. The birthday kid will receive a special gift from the zoo.
